The Friday night reception and Saturday dinner will also be held there. All rooms have a single queen bed; if you need different sleeping arrangements or a suite, consider the Crowne Plaza Hotel below. A block of rooms at the Knight Center has been reserved under Bernardfest. This block will be held until March 4, 2016. After that date, room availability cannot be guaranteed. Individual reservations may be made by telephoning the front desk (1.866.933.9400 or 1.314.933.9400). It is also possible to send an email to the hotel (KnightFrontDesk@olin.wustl.edu) with your request; credit card information to hold the reservation can then be sent by fax (or, if you desire, by email, although that method is not secure). Please ask for rooms under the Bernardfest room block when calling or emailing. [Unfortunately, online reservations will not work for rooms in the block.] |

| Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton Hotel 7750 Carondolet St. Louis, MO 63105 Bernardfest16 The Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton Hotel, which is located approximately 2 miles from the Physics Department, is a second accomodation option. There are double queen rooms available, as well as a few suites. A block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza has been reserved under Bernardfest. This block will be held until March 4, 2016. After that date room availability cannot be guaranteed. Individual reservations may be made by calling Jerry Sieve at the hotel at 1.314.719.1114, or faxing him at 1.314.719.1127. When calling or faxing, please ask for rooms under the Bernardfest room block. You may also email the Bernardfest secretary, Kate Whitaker, and she will make arrangements for you. |
